librarian when I grow up
Yesterday at work we were talking about Magic 8-balls. Specifically we wanted to know what possible answers there were. That led to the discovery of this site. The most amusing thing on it has got to be the disection of an 8-ball. And we did find our list of possible answers.

Enjoy!

Persephone
The Persephone Demeter myth has always been my favorite. In putting together a book on pomegranates by a Russian botanist, I learned that the pomegranate was not only the iniating fruit but a sign of fidelity: Persephone always came back. If you're interested, check out "Pomegranate Roads: A Soviet Botanists Exile from Eden" by Dr. Gregory Levin, http://www.floreantpress.com. Barbara
